When we create things by putting positive energies into our work, we are releasing stress and built up tension from our bodies. Painting is a wonderful way to express creativity. There are so many options when it comes to painting. It is up to the artist on what they will choose to paint. When was the last time you picked up a paint brush? Try it sometime, and see if you enjoy the effects of it.

In the book "The Seth Material" by Jane Roberts there is a mention of painting and its healing qualities. It goes on by saying "Dr. Pietra in his medical work is studying the use of painting in therapy. Not only working with patients and using art as therapy, but working with the idea that some paintings in themselves have healing effect. Certain paintings can capture and direct the healing abilities of the viewer."
