Celtic Love Knots

Celtic love knot

Celtic love knots

This stands for the love between two people, depicted by interlaced knots. Lovers exchange these knots just as couples exchange rings these days. The Celtic Oval knot is the simplest of all Celtic love knots. It stands for eternal life and goes back to 2500 BCE when the early Scottish, Welsh and Irish Celts first devised these knots.

There are many other Celtic knots too, each for a different purpose—after all, these knots speak for an entire civilization.

Tangled up in Your Love

Touch me
Tell me what you want me to do
I want to take a little trip around you
You set me on fire
Ohhhh you set me on fire

Lock me up inside of this room
I just want to be close to you
I cant take it anymore
Baby I want you so much
I want to feel your breath on my skin
Find that place we've never been
I wanna spend all night tangled up
In your love

Kiss me, kiss me 'til the sun comes up
Slow, sweet I can never get enough
Of your love
You're taking me higher
Ohhhhhh you're taking me higher

Yeah, lock me up inside of this room
I just want to be close to you
I cant take it anymore
Baby I want you so much
I want to feel your breath on my skin
Find that place we've never been
I wanna spend all night tangled up
In your love

Tangled up in your love
Tangled up in your bed
Tangled up in your sheets
Tangled up in your hair
Tangled up in your love
Tangled up in your love

Dreams Give Birth to Change

"Only Dreams give birth to change."

It is when we dream, when we imagine and when we have desire that we put a plan in action. Knowing what we want, and imagining it is the first step to getting started to where we want to be. If we can dream it up and imagine it then we are one step closer to achieving the very thing we have been wanting.

What are your dreams? Have you ever taken the time to really stop and think about it? What do you want to do and achieve in your lifetime? I recommend making a list of all of your goals and dreams. This is a great idea because then you are not only focusing on your ideas, but you can also keep track of them and look back at them whenever possible. Having goals is a great way to move through life. I love keeping a list because it feels wonderful to cross off or put a check mark next to each dream as it happens. It feels great to know that you have achieved something you really wanted. And every time you look back at your list you will see just how much you have accomplished. It also shows you how well you are working with the Law of Attraction. It is our thoughts and attitudes that bring about change in our life. Our thoughts are made of energy and it has been scientifically proven that our thoughts emit and give off frequencies, just like a radio. We attract energies into our lives just like we send them out. Positive attracts positive and negative brings negative.Choose your thoughts and you will choose your reality. Choose to focus on your dreams. Only dreams give birth to change.

Take the time out of your busy life to think about what it is you really want. Think about this lifetime and what you want to achieve. Set the plan in motion. You can have, be, or do anything. If you believe it, you can achieve it. Stay positive and have faith. Believe that it is coming to you. It's just a matter of time.

I Deserve

I deserve all good things life has to offer. I expect god things. I deserve the best. There are no limits. I will trust that the answer is near. I will trust that where I have been and where I am now are right for me. The events in my life are not random. My experience is not a mistake. All of my needs shall be met. I am a magnet who attracts at any point, whatever prosperity, health, and relationships I choose. I am free to love and be loved.

You're Forever Mine

You're Forever Mine
by bcassata

I love your sweet temptations and sensual desires
I love your body on mine, fueling our heart’s fire
I love holding you darling, and your tender touch
I love your soft lips caressing mine so very much.

I love feeling your heart, beating across the miles
I love admiring the beauty in your precious smile
I love being with you throughout all four seasons
I love you deeply my darling for so many reasons.

I love the inspiration of your beauty when I write
I love cuddling with you on a cold winter’s night
I love how beautiful you are my darling, to adore
I love each day when I fall in love with you more.

I love knowing darling, you’re truly forever mine
I love your warm soul, with our heart’s entwined
I love how two heart’s lead us to our true destiny
I love you truly my darling, forever and endlessly.

Celebrate the Good

"Celebrate what you want to see more of."

-Tom Peters

This world is filled with so many options. There are so many things to notice, and appreciate. There are also plenty of things that happen that we don't enjoy. There is so much stimuli that it can be hard sometimes not to notice what is going on around us. Sometimes we have to learn to tune out some of life's distractions. We can choose what we focus on and the most important function for us is joy. When we are focused on our own happiness in life then we can truly enjoy what life has to offer.

The quote says to celebrate what you want to see more of. This is such an obvious and simple statement, but it holds true to our reality. So many times it is easy to get caught up in the things that bother us. Something catches our attention and then we feel sad or angry about the circumstances. When we get angry or upset it is so easy to continue thinking about the problems or even start talking about it. But in doing so we are only focusing on the bad, and the Law of Attraction falls into place. Whatever we are thinking about we are attracting more into our lives. One great example is watching the news. I do not enjoy watching the news because of all the sad and terrible stories. Some of the stories are so sad that they are hard to forget, while others make you so mad you get riled up thinking about it. If it doesn't make you feel good doing it, then it is time to make a change. I purposely avoid the news. There is nothing that I need to recognize on a daily basis that will help my existence. There are TV shows, movies, and music that are the same way. And there are plenty of other daily circumstances that can help or hurt our personal situations.

A lot of times people get upset with their spouses, family members and friends and they start to focus on the small annoying habits rather than all the good that the person has to offer. And this is usually why people break off relationships. They start focusing on all the annoying little habits and they get upset, and after time they forget all the good things the person has to offer."Well he leaves his socks on the floor. Well she is a procrastinator. My kids are always on their phones. My neighbor is a slob. My boss always shows up late. My mom is always in my business. My dad doesn't like my friends." And so on and so on. There are always going to be habits and improvement areas. No one is perfect, and we all have our little quirks. Instead of focusing on the problems, turn the situation around and think of all the good things that person does. "Well he does leave the socks on the floor, but he is great at doing helping around the house. She may procrastinate but she has a great memory. My kids are always on the phone but they always get their homework done and keep their rooms clean. My neighbor may have a messy yard, but they have always been there to lend a hand and help out when needed. My boss may come in late, but he does let me have the time off I need too. My mom may always be in my business but she always means the best and just wants to be involoved. And my dad may not like my friends but he has always been there when I needed him." There will always be ups and downs in all situations and with all sorts of people. But it is when we learn to focus on the good then we will become more satisfied with life and the relationships we have in it.

It's easy to see the things we don't like. It's easy to pick out and notice all the things we don't agree with. But it is time to change our thinking. It is time to celebrate the things we love to see. If we celebrate what we would love to see more of, then by the Law of Attraction we are attracting more wonderful things into our lives. If you start to notice the things you don't like, then catch yourself in the moment and change your thinking around. It's a good habit to get into. Change the bad into good. Celebrate what you want to see more of!

The Best New Year's Resolution

The New Year is upon us. Many people make it tradition to make some sort of New Year's Resolution. Many people make them, but how many can really keep them? Last year my new year's resolution was to be able to do the splits. I was never able to do them and I just wanted to. Well needless to say another year has come and gone, and I still cannot do the splits. Although. I have really increased my stretching abilities and flexibility. So my purpose was not in vain. I have accomplished something out of my goal. Do you remember what your goal was last year? More importantly, did you succeed?

This year I have made a new goal. I want to start over; a clean slate. I want to let go of all resentments. I want to let go of the past. And I want to love myself more. I recently read a quote from a book which was actually what inspired my New Year's resolution for this year. The book was called "Another Door Opens" by Jeffrey A. Wands (a well known psychic). He simply said "Always looking out for number one is a sure way to prevent your soul from growing and evolving." I don't know, that quote just really hit me. And I had to stop and think to myself about it. I looked at myself deep down and I realized that ever since my ex husband left me years ago, I have been living somewhat guarded. Almost like the quote said, I've always been looking out for number one. I have found myself holding back in many circumstances. And  reading that quote I realized, I don't want to live like that. That's not me. I don't want to be scared to take a risk anymore. It's amazing how a person could live like this and not even really be aware of what is truly going on inside. It's easy to make a shell and hide behind it sometimes. I just really found myself relating to this quote in different scenarios, and it was an awakening moment for me. And I realized I wanted to change. And that is the beauty of life. We are always learning, growing, and changing. We can change at any given moment. The choice is up to us.

So this year I want to love and be loved. I want to be the best person I can possibly be. I want to inspire others. I want to care for myself like I would another. But I will let my guard down. I will take risks and not be afraid. I will trust that everything has its reason and purpose in life, and that the Universe has its ways of taking care of us. I choose to make this year, and every year, my best year. Happy New Year!

"Always looking out for number one is a sure way to prevent your soul
from growing and evolving."
