  2. Oh yes, I love him. He is a wonderful man and is really good to me. He is also a wonderful father and provider. His name is Roberto. And our son's name is Ivan Callahan. I chose his name. Ivan actually means gift from God. And Callahan means little feisty one, which I chose based on how lively he was in my belly when I was pregnant. He was always moving. We even took kick counts in my pregnancy class and he was moving way more than the rest of the babies. Lots of energy. He is a year and a half now, and such a little joy. I love being a mother. :)

    1. Awww... that is so cute... U know, my full name Matthew John DeAngelis, means "gift from the angels"!! I was about to be named after my father Arthur (god rest his soul) but I turned out to be Matt instead. My father was named after his and I could've been the third arthur cause since I'm part italian, the tradition is that all men's first names should start with A's. I'm so glad u have a great hubby and a wonderful child. Hope he grows strong and healthy!! and be sure to shield him from those disgusting fast food restaurants and put him on the Claudia Sutton diet lol.

  3. That is some neat background information. Interesting you mentioned that you could be the third of your generation. We decided against that as well for our son. We could have named him after his father and grandfather, and he would have been the third as well. But I wanted to choose an original name for him. Lol... the Claudia Sutton diet... now that might be a little much for me at this point. But I do try to stay healthy and active. I think everything is fine in proper proportions and its okay to splurge a little every now and then.:)

  4. Thanks, my mom actually broke the tradition with the name Matt which I like and my mom thought it was a good name to give me. Oh sorry if u had too much stuff at the moment but try to keep him as healthy as you can and when he gets older, try encouraging him to do the CS diet. I'm sure he will since he eats healthy throughout his life.

  5. It's not about time. I just think the diet is to extreme for me. I eat carbs and dairy, and red meat and junk food. And I love the person I am. I'm not trying to be a model, so to completely exclude them from my diet wouldn't be normal for me. Fruits and veggies are awesome, but I don't think its wrong to have other things as well. I don't think junk food and fast food should be ate all the time, but I don't think there is anything wrong with every so often. I think everything is fine in its proper portions. I also think food is part of the joys of life. And I enjoy all of it. :)

  6. If that's what u think then that's totally fine. But no matter what I eat, I still exercise to maintain my weight.

  7. Yes. I exercise too. And that is the idea, maintaining a healthy lifestyle. What kind of exercise do you do? I like to do a bunch of different programs to mix it up a bit and so I don't get board of the same routine. I have an elliptical that I like to jog on, and then I also have Tae Bo, Insanity, and I've done Biggest Loser too. Our public library has a ton of exercise DVDs that I like to check out. What are you into?

    1. You mean you were on biggest loser!? Tell me if that's true? If u have the YouTube vid, could u please send me the link to it? I usually go to my apt building's fitness room and do 20 mins on the treadmill, 35 reps of different weight excercises. and right now I'm losing more and more weight.
