One of the biggest habits some people posses is the trait of worrying. Americans are especially good at worrying because they tend to work the most and are so concerned with being socially accepted. They are also the largest consumers in the world and are the most materialistic. Any of these reasons can cause a someone to worry, and of course there are plenty of other reasons as well that could cause any given person to worry. So how often are we worrying? What is the purpose behind worrying? What does worrying do for us? And should we try to change our habits?
Most people in some shape or form worry about something everyday! So what exactly is worrying? How should we define it? Well, simply said worrying is projecting your thoughts into the future and imagining something bad. So when we worry we are imagining something bad happening and then we get flustered about it. So we are choosing to imagine bad circumstances. Hmmm... This cannot be good...We know that when we start to focus on something then the Law of Attraction comes into play. When we think negative then we are asking for negative. So if at any point we can catch ourselves worrying, we can always choose to turn the situation around. Sometimes it can be hard when you are caught up in the moment, but if we can stop and think just for a second, that is all it takes to turn our thought pattern around. And once we can get our thoughts onto something else then we will begin to start attracting more of the good things into our lives.
Stress, anxiety, and worrying are all negative aspects in our lives. If we can reduce the amount that we experience, then we can change our lives into something amazing. It is so important because so many people do not realize and understand that stress is the number one cause of disease. Dis-ease. The body is not at ease. It makes sense. Think about it. Stress causes sickness. Stress causes the body to actually break down. We must realize this and choose to live a life that we enjoy. There are so many options and choices. Choose to be happy and choose to think positive thoughts regardless the situation. There is no need for worry. Change your thoughts around when you catch yourself starting to worry. You can always change the situation around for the good. And truth be told, sometimes bad things do happen in our lives. But it is all about how you choose to deal with the situation. Are you going to only focus on what is going on and get caught up in it all? Or are you going to think about the good from the situation? The biggest factor here is that no matter what happens, good or bad, life will go on and everything will be okay. Everything always turns out. The Universe has its way of taking care of things. We need to get to the point where we can trust. Trust in life. Trust that things happen for a reason even if we don't understand it at the time. Trust that everything will work out, and it always does.
There is no need to worry. Worrying is imagining bad events to take place in the future. Don't choose to imagine the worse. Imagine the best outcome, and you will be surprised on how much will change in your life. Choose the good thoughts. Choose to be stress free. Choose health. Choose joy.
