The Biggest Risk

"The biggest risk of life isn't making mistakes, but it's regret, missing out on experiences."

Isn't that the truth! We are bound to make mistakes in life. We are all human and are not perfect. But there are plenty of times in our lives when we see opportunities and still pass them by. But why? Why do we let perfectly good opportunities pass us by?

Life is all about taking chances. Many of us feel self doubt, or discouragement from other sources. There are many reasons that a person could come up with for not taking a risk, following their dream, or even stepping out of their comfort zone. We become afraid. We are afraid that things will not work out. We are afraid that maybe this isn't the best idea. Or things will be easier if I follow what others think and believe. A lot of times we are afraid of change. These are all reasons for us to turn down our dreams. So why is it easier for us to turn down opportunities than to take them? Well frankly, sometimes it can be hard to step out of our comfort zones and take a chance. Sometimes the risks are too great and we begin to worry and fear what could happen. We should not fear the future. We should be up for a challenge. It's okay to make mistakes. It's okay to mess up sometimes. But most of all we shouldn't even be worrying about that. We should know that everything happens for a reason, and everything will turn out no matter which path we choose. Don't be afraid to take a risk. Everything will be okay.

We need to have more faith in ourselves, and the Universe. Opportunities are given to us for a reason and we should not doubt if it is something we truly have been wanting. We need to realize and believe that our higher power will provide. There is nothing too big or too small for the Universe. We can have whatever it is we dream about. We just have to realize that it is there waiting for us. We need to reach out and take it. Take that risk. It is worth the price. Believe things will work out, and they always do!
