How are you feeling today? What is the first thing that pops into your mind? The answers to these questions can tell you a lot about how your life is currently taking place. Our thoughts transform our realities. Everything in our lives are the results of our previous thoughts. We mold our own experiences.
So what's going on in your life right now? Are things how you want them to be? Would you change anything? Well, the idea here is to change our thinking and change our feelings. When we can do that, then we are on our way to bringing into our lives what we really desire. In the book "The Law of Attraction. The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham" by Ester and Jerry Hicks they recommend concentrating on your feelings rather than your thoughts. A lot of times we will try to monitor our thoughts. Sometimes that can be a good idea, but many time it can get tiresome and many give up, allowing their life to continue on what they call default, auto-pilot so to say. So, if we can recognize how we are feeling quicker than analyzing a thought then we are more likely to notice when things are going right compared to when we would like circumstances to change. How do you feel? Do you feel happy, relaxed, grateful, or humorous? Or are you feeling down and depressed, angry, or malicious? What are you focusing on? You must change your point of focus from what you are upset about to what you want to take place. Change your focus from the "now" and think of the future, and in the way you would want it to happen. How would you like things to change or workout?
The Teachings of Abraham suggest to focus on what you want out of any situation rather than what you don't want.. Many people will focus on the thing they do not want, and in turn will receive more of what they don't want. Take action and change your state of mind to whatever you desire. Then you will begin to see the results you were looking for! Try it out for yourself, and you will be amazed at the results you can create in your life!
