Lucid Dreaming

Another great example of the power of the mind would be Lucid Dreaming. What is Lucid Dreaming? Put simply, Lucid Dreaming is when the person dreaming can not only vividly recall their dreams, but actually control them. The person can choose to dream about whatever they want to; and while having the dream they can actually make choices "inside" their dream. It is as if you were living in your dream, you decide exactly what goes on, when to change the circumstances, and even when to wake up. Once a person learns to have lucid dreams, they are entirely conscious of the actions in the dream, and feel like they are genuinely experiencing the events that are taking place. Imagine how neat that would be if you could choose what to dream about each night. You could really have some fun with it. What would you choose to dream about? What would you do? Where would you go? What would you have? You are free to dream whatever you choose, your imagination is the only limit.

Lucid dreaming is just a one demonstration regarding the entire spectrum of celestial consciousness, and learning how to control your own dreams is just a small step on the right path. All occurrences can only be feasible with an open mind and with the belief that it is possible. The mind can do amazing things. It is time we open up to the possibilities and start really living our lives the way they were meant to be. It's the power of positive thinking. If we can only believe.

  1. I can do this. Only sometimes though. I do not choose when it happens, it just kinda does sometimes. Often when I wake up from a dream I can go back into it if I fall asleep again and return where I left off and control it from then on. :)

  2. I used to be able to do it all the time when i was younger,i think like elementary/ middle school. i can't anymore. but i used to do it regularly... choose my dreams, and make changes while i was in them, wake up when i felt like it. it was super cool. i wish i still could. i will have to try to practice it again.
